Quality Policy
The management system is implemented to support the policy and strategy of GEO4NET, whose vision is to:
- Ensure better internal organization within our entity: achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification (stand out from competitors).
- Comply with normative organizational requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Improve the current platform (keep up with technological advancements) and automate certain tasks.
This quality policy is the result of a context analysis conducted in collaboration with senior management. Five key areas have been defined:
Area 1: Optimize the reorganization and efficiency of our services through:
- Leveraging the results of our context analysis and updating this analysis.
- Implementing normative requirements related to our industry (specifically the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard).
- Mastery of human resources (selection, recruitment, integration, training, and evaluation).
- Improved planning of our processes or activities.
- Continuous improvement of the quality system we have implemented.
- Ensuring that all data managed within and outside the information system is properly controlled, secured, and backed up.
Area 2: Stay vigilant regarding laws, regulations, and standards related to our industry, while adhering to established procedures to ensure:
- Compliance of the services we provide with regulations and standards.
- Mastery of the services offered to our clients.
Area 3: Ensure a customer orientation:
- By actively listening to our clients.
- Maintaining responsiveness and constant proximity.
- Continuously evaluating the services we provide.
Area 4: Ensure an increase in our revenue by:
- Identifying target markets (both domestic and international), tracking the progress of our figures, and implementing necessary actions.
Area 5: Ensure the company’s good health by:
- Minimizing costs incurred by non-compliance and malfunctions.
- Aiming for an acceptable net result, as set by senior management, and monitoring its achievement.
These areas are translated into measurable objectives. To achieve them, GEO4NET’s management is fully committed to allocating the necessary human, material, organizational, and financial resources, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all legal, regulatory, and normative requirements.
Moreover, management is dedicated to ensuring that every employee, regardless of position or role, feels engaged, actively participates in this initiative, and fully adheres to the provisions set forth in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This commitment is focused on the ongoing improvement of the quality management system and ensuring its sustained effectiveness.
