The buyer is redirected to a secure payment interface where credit card details can be entered safely. Upon successful payment, the order is recorded, and the purchase contract is officially finalized. Credit card payments are irrevocable. In the case of fraudulent card use, the buyer may request cancellation of the transaction. If fraud is proven, the amounts paid will be refunded, and any applicable bank fees will be reimbursed, provided the buyer submits a dispute within the required timeframe.
Should a contested payment be demonstrated as fraudulent and completed without the physical use of the card, the cardholder will not be held liable. Within this timeframe, the buyer may return the product to the seller for an exchange or a refund without incurring penalties. However, the cost of return shipping will be borne exclusively by the buyer.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified in the purchase order. Orders are shipped via DHL or UPS delivery services, complete with tracking. Delivery times are provided for reference only; if delivery exceeds thirty (30) days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the buyer will be eligible for a full refund. All products provided by GEO4NET are covered by a one-year warranty. In the event of non-compliance, the product can be returned to GEO4NET for replacement or exchange.
All claims, exchange requests, or refund demands must be submitted in writing to the following address within thirty (30) days of delivery:

Article 12. Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions of remote sales are governed by Moroccan law. In case of any dispute or legal issue, the competent courts shall be those of the Kingdom of Morocco.
